Slated Row Students Play at The Dons

26th May 2017
This week KS3 and KS4 students were involved in football tournaments at the MK Dons stadium. They played on the actual pitch which the Dons play on inside the stadium although not to the same size crowd!  The all had a fantastic time and enjoyed playing four games against other Special needs schools and Academies from Milton keynes, Beds and Hertfordshire.
KS3 drew, won and lost their matches but learn a lot from the experience and how imprtant it is to play as a team.  The KS4 boys were unbeaten in their matches, scoring 16 goals and conseeding none.  Five of the eight players managed to get onto the score sheet.  They were worthy champions of the tournament and deserved to win the their medals and a trophy.  Excellent sportsmanship Slated Row, we are proud of you.
